Community Involvement 

Christopher Diebel is actively involved in Des Moines' vibrant non-profit community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Winefest, Hoyt Sherman Place and the Ingersoll Business Association. He is also a strong supporter of One Iowa, serving on their Business Advisory committee.

In 2007, Diebel was named to Barack Obama's National LGBT Steering Committee. He also served as an Iowa LGBT Committee Co-Chair and a Precinct Captain for the Iowa Caucuses.

In 2008, Christopher was the youngest professional to be named one of Des Moines' "Forty Under Forty," an annual list published by the Business Record highlighting the community's top business leaders under the age of 40. Diebel, a 28 year old graduate of Drake University, lives in downtown Des Moines with his partner Jonathan.
